Hi James - yeah, it wouldn't be right if we were offering an employment contract with Shiny Media. We're actually offering a 6 month (1 day a month) internship. Internships are really common for people/students wanting to get in to an industry and are often unpaid as the company where you are placed is undertaking to train you.
We get loads of requests every week to intern for us so we thought we'd open it up and find some talented people to work & train with us, in between their work or study commitments, over a slightly longer period of time - and they get paid for it!
I wonder whether it would be possible to interview someone - online - (short inteview) from your HR department / anyone in general, for my blog that contains a section on recruitment and careers?
